Comets

The comet is a small body in the solar system that orbits the Sun. Comets are composed mostly of ice and dust that grow tails when they approach the Sun. Most comets are believed to originate in a cloud named the Oort cloud. The Oort Cloud is a postulated spherical cloud of comets situated about 50,000 to 100,000 AU from the Sun.
